Poor Man'S Crab Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 zucchini, grated
4 to 5 slices bread, chopped fine
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. mustard
1 Tbsp. salad dressing
1 tsp. Old Bay
1 egg
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 tsp. parsley flakes

Preparation

Grate zucchini.
Add all ingredients.
Mix well.
Drop in hot pan with very little Crisco by heaping tablespoons.
Cook on medium heat.
Turn cake one time.
Makes about 8.
