Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 stick margarine
    2 c. marshmallows
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. cream (optional)
    3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 stick margarine
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. rice cereal, nuts or cornflakes
Preparation
    Whip sweet potatoes, then add sugar and cream.
    Melt 3/4 stick margarine and marshmallows.
    Add marshmallow mixture to cream mixture, then add eggs and vanilla.
    Pour in greased 13 x 9-inch casserole dish.
    Top with 3/4 stick melted margarine, 1/2 cup brown sugar and 1/2 cup cereal or nuts.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
