Coconut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box Duncan Hines yellow pudding cake mix
    1 tsp. coconut flavoring
    1 (7 oz.) pkg. coconut
    1 (6 oz.) can evaporated milk
    10 oz. water
    1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
    1 tsp. coconut flavoring
    1 (9 oz.) carton Cool Whip
Preparation
    Prepare cake mix as directed, adding coconut flavoring and 2/3 cup coconut.
    Bake as directed, using 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Remove cake from oven.
    Punch holes throughout and pour over the following mixture.
    Mix water and milk to make 2 cups liquid.
    Dissolve powdered sugar into this and add 1 teaspoon coconut flavor.
    When cake is cool, frost with Cool Whip.
    Sprinkle top with remaining coconut.
