Imitation Crabmeat Imperial - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1 (2 oz.) jar diced pimiento, drained
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
    1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
    dash of hot sauce
    dash of red pepper
    1 egg, beaten
    3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 lb. fresh lump imitation crabmeat, drained and flaked
Preparation
    Saute green pepper, celery and pimiento in melted butter in a large skillet until tender.
    Stir in parsley, Old Bay seasoning, mustard, hot sauce and red pepper.
