Fried Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 ears fresh corn
1/2 tsp. salt
4 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 eggs, beaten
Preparation
-
Cut corn from cob and add milk, salt and pepper.
Put butter in heavy skillet.
When hot, add corn.
Cook until tender, stirring occasionally.
Just before ready to serve, add beaten eggs and blend in well.
Serve hot.
