Chocolate Oatmeal Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. boiling water
    1 c. quick oatmeal
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 c. sugar
    1 stick margarine
    2 eggs
    1 3/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 c. chocolate chips
Preparation
    Pour first two ingredients together and let stand for 10 minutes. Add rest of ingredients. Place in a greased 9x13 pan and bake 350 degrees for 25 minutes. This is a very moist and delicious cake it can be topped with a sprinkle of powdered sugar instead of frosting.
