Okra-Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sliced okra
    1 1/2 c. canned tomatoes
    2 Tbsp. chopped red and green peppers
    1/3 c. diced, cooked ham or browned ground beef
    4 c. cooked rice
    1/2 small onion, diced
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Mix all well.
    Put into 2 1/2 to 3-quart buttered casserole. If too dry, add 1/3 cup water or tomato juice.
    Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
