Charlene'S Burritos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 or 4 lb. beef roast
    1 large potato
    1 large onion
    1 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese
    1 small can green chillies
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 carton sour cream
    1 doz. large flour tortillas
    1 c. water
    1 Tbsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Salt roast; put in pan with water.
    Simmer 3 to 4 hours until roast shreds easily.
    During last hour, add your potato.
    When it's done, mash potato and shred your roast together.
    Add soup, chillies and chopped onion.
    Place back on stove and heat just long enough to stir together.
    Lightly brush each tortilla with butter, then place a scoop of beef mixture in each tortilla and top with a large spoon of sour cream and cheese.
    Fold tortilla. Place in a large pan.
    Spread rest of sour cream and cheese on top.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
