Vegetable Meat Loaf - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger
2 cans vegetable beef soup (do not add water)
regular or instant potatoes, mashed
bread crumbs
Preparation

Fry hamburger; drain and put in bottom of small casserole. Add beef soup.
Put about 2 inches of mashed potatoes on top.
Dot the top with buttered bread crumbs and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 30 to 40 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
