Dixie Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs ground beef
    4 onions, chopped
    2 buds garlic
    1 large can tomato sauce
    1-1/2 tsp vinegar
    1-1/2 qts water
    1 can chili beans
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 tsp red pepper
    4 tbsp chili powder
    4 bay leaves
    1 tsp All Spice
    2 dashes worcestershire sauce
    1 tbsp cumin
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Brown beef and onions. Add rest of ingredients.
    Cook over low flame for 3 hours.
    Skim off excess fat.
    Serve over spaghetti.
    Top with grated cheese and raw chopped onions.
    Serve with oyster crackers.
