Rice And Mushroom Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 onions
    1/2 stick butter
    2 (4 oz.) cans mushrooms
    1 can French onion soup
    1 can water
    1 c. uncooked rice
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Saute onions and mushrooms in butter. Add soup and water, then rice and seasonings; stir. Bake in greased casserole, covered, in a 350\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes or 1 hour.
