Danny'S Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

salt and pepper
2 lb. hamburger
4 garlic cloves
2 stalks celery, chopped
1/2 medium onion, chopped
1/2 medium green pepper, chopped
1 pkg. Ritz crackers, crushed (approximately 30 crackers)
4 eggs
2 (16 oz.) cans tomato sauce (your choice)
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together, except tomato sauce.
Roll in small balls.
Put tomato sauce in large pan.
Bring to a boil.
Add meatballs.
Simmer for 1 1/2 hours in covered pan, stirring occasionally so meatballs don't stick.
