Raisin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sticks butter
4 eggs
1 c. coconut
1 c. raisins
1 c. chopped pecans
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 unbaked pie shells
Preparation
-
Cream butter and sugar.
Add eggs, one at a time.
Mix well. Add salt, vanilla and vinegar.
Fold in remaining ingredients and pour into pie shells.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until well browned.
