Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cooked long grain white rice
    4 c. milk (must be whole milk)
    1/2 c. sugar
    sprinkle of nutmeg
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Put cooked rice, milk, sugar and nutmeg in medium saucepan. Cook over medium heat for about 1 hour, stirring occasionally, until thick. Remove from stove. Add vanilla.
    Let cool.
    After cool, sprinkle with cinnamon and refrigerate.
