Fried Fish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 to 2 lb. fresh fish or fillets
Italian bread crumbs (enough to shake fish in)
salt and pepper to taste
oil (to fry in)
Preparation

Wash and cut fish in serving portions.
Put bread crumbs, salt and pepper in plastic bag.
Shake fish in seasoning and crumbs. Take fish out of bag and put in frypan of hot oil. Cook until tender; place on paper towel to drain.
