Creamed Spinach - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh spinach
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    1/4 c. sour cream
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    salt to taste
    1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
    paprika
Preparation
    Wash spinach thoroughly.
    Remove stems.
    Tear leaves into large pieces.
    Cook in a small amount of boiling water 5 to 10 minutes or until tender.
    Drain.
    Place on paper towels and squeeze until barely moist.
    Melt butter in a large skillet; saute onion and garlic until tender.
    Stir in next 4 ingredients.
    Add the spinach and cook over low heat until thoroughly heated. Sprinkle with paprika.
    Serves 4.
