Chicken Rice Hot Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice
    2 c. boiling water
    cut up celery (1 to 2 stalks)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of celery soup
    chicken pieces (5 to 6 thighs)
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
Preparation
    Mix rice, water, celery and cream soups together in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Lay pieces of raw chicken on top.
    Sprinkle 1 package of onion soup mix over the top.
    Cover tightly with foil. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 3 hours.
