Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 3/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 Tbsp. cornmeal
    1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
    6 eggs, unbeaten
    3/8 c. lemon juice
    3/8 c. milk
    grated rind of 2 lemons
    3/8 stick melted butter
Preparation
    Toss lightly with fork the first 3 ingredients.
    Add other ingredients; beat until smooth and blended well.
    Pour into pie shells.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes or until brown.
    Makes 2 (9-inch) pies.
