Ingredients

2 pkg. frozen coconut
2 1/2 c. sugar
3 c. milk
5 eggs
3 Tbsp. flour
butter (size of walnut)
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Beat eggs well.
Add sugar in which flour is mixed; beat well. Add butter and coconut, then milk; mix well.
Add vanilla.
Bake in uncooked pie shell at 375\u00b0 until filling shakes like jelly and pie is golden brown, about 45 minutes.
Makes 3 small pies.
