Shrimp Feta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
    3/4 lb. Feta cheese, crumbled
    1 small onion
    2 cloves garlic
    1 Tbsp. oregano
    1 large can crushed tomatoes
    3/4 c. sherry or ozo (licorice liqueur)
Preparation
    Combine last 5 ingredients for sauce and simmer for 1 hour. Spread shrimp in single layer in shallow ovenproof dish.
    Cover with warm tomato sauce.
    Sprinkle with Feta cheese.
    Cook in 450\u00b0 oven until shrimp are done.
    It doesn't take long.
    Serve with French bread or over orzo type pasta.
