Crispy Potato Wedges - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
6 medium potatoes, cut into wedges
1/2 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/4 c. grated parmesan cheese
Preparation

Combine oil and seasonings in a bowl.
Add potatoes, stir to coat, and arrange in a single layer on an ungreased 15 x 10 inch pan.
Bake uncovered at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
Sprinkle with cheese and bake 10 to 15 minutes or until crisp tender.
Serves 6.
