Pie Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. pastry flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. shortening
1/4 c. cold water
Preparation

Add salt to flour and sift.
Work in shortening with two knives until shortening is evenly mixed.
Stir and moisten into dough with water; pat into ball and chill.
Later cut off amount needed and roll out on a floured board with light, quick strokes to 1/8-inch thickness, working into circular form.
