Corn Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 slices pork fat or bacon
    2 small onions, sliced
    8 c. diced potatoes
    3 c. water
    2 Tbsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    2 (No. 2) cans corn
    8 c. milk (hot)
    1/3 c. butter
Preparation
    Heat Presto cooker and brown pork.
    Add onions and cook slightly.
    Add potatoes, water, salt and pepper.
    Close cover securely and place pressure gauge in place.
    Cook for 5 minutes with pressure up.
    Let pressure drop on its own.
    Add milk, corn and butter and reheat.
    Thicken chowder, if you like.
