Wild Rice Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. wild rice, cooked in chicken broth until tender
    1/2 c. white rice, cooked in chicken broth
    1 c. pecan pieces
    1 c. currants
    rind of 1 orange, grated
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen green peas, thawed
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1/3 c. fresh orange juice
    1 tsp. salt
    freshly ground pepper to taste
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and mix well.
    Let stand at least 2 hours (overnight is better).
    Serve at room temperature.
