Jazzy Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bulk pork sausage
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 egg, lightly beaten
    4 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. pancake mix
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix ingredients by hand.
    Form the balls the size of half dollars.
    Place on ungreased cookie sheet, about 1 inch apart.
    Bake for 35 minutes, or until brown.
