Caribbean Pork Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (3 or 4 lb.) loin pork roast
    2 tsp. olive oil
    1 tsp. black pepper
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Blend the oil and spices in a small bowl.
    Rub mixture over the entire roast.
    Place in shallow pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until internal temperature is 155\u00b0.
    Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing.
