Brunswick Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 turkey quarters
    2/3 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. green peppers
    3 large diced potatoes
    1 (10 oz.) can chopped tomatoes
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 tsp. red pepper or to taste
    1 1/2 qt. turkey stock
    1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
    1 pkg. frozen corn
    1 pkg. frozen butter beans (lima)
    salt to taste
    1 to 2 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Boil turkey, remove skin and shred turkey.
    Add to stock along with all other ingredients.
    Add sugar last after simmering for a short while.
    Simmer approximately 1 to 2 hours.
