Weiner Schnitzel - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box Shake and Bake, your choice
    1 egg, beaten
    1 lb. Veal, thin strips
    Brown Gravy
    Mushrooms
    Salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cut veal into thin slices, dip in beaten egg and then into the bread topping, Shake and Bake. Bake in the oven at 350\u00b0 until done. Mix a brown gravy packet per directions and add a can of mushrooms. Salt and Pepper to taste. After the veal is cooked pour gravy mixture over the veal and serve with mashed potatoes.
