Cold Pork And Bean Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 or 20 oz.) can pork and beans (Showboat brand is good)
    2 to 3 Tbsp. mayonnaise (can us Light or Fat-Free)
    1/2 c. finely chopped onions
    1/2 c. finely chopped cucumbers
    pepper generously and salt to taste
Preparation
    Using a colander, thoroughly rinse the beans, removing all the juice.
    In a mixing bowl, combine the beans, mayonnaise, onions and cucumbers.
    Mix thoroughly and add pepper generously.
    Salt to taste.
    Chill for at least two hours (overnight is better).
    Yields 4 (1/2 cup) servings.
