Strawberry Angel Dessert - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 angel cake
2 pkg. strawberry jell-O
1 c. boiling water
1 pt. frozen strawberries
juice of 1 lemon
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 pt. whipping cream or Cool Whip
Preparation

Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water.
Add sugar and lemon juice. Stir and add frozen strawberries.
Stir well.
Fold in whipped cream.
Crumble cake in small pieces.
Place half in bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Pour Jell-O mixture over cake.
Place second layer of cake and pour remainder of Jell-O mixture. Refrigerate until set.
