Low Calorie Crust For One Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vinegar
    3 Tbsp. salad oil
    1 Tbsp. cold milk
Preparation
    Mix flour and salt.
    Pour vinegar, then oil, then milk into a small cup and add all at once to flour mixture.
    Stir to blend. Then press into a ball.
    Flatten slightly.
    Roll out between 2 sheets of wax paper to fit an 8-inch pie plate.
    Flute edges. Pour in filling and bake at 425\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
