Cheese-Sauced Tuna Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bacon
    1 (12 1/2 oz.) can tuna, drained and flaked
    1 (11 3/4 oz.) carton deli coleslaw
    1/8 tsp. white pepper
    4 large tomatoes
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    2 tsp. dry minced onion
    1/8 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    3/4 c. (3 oz.) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
    paprika
    parsley (optional)
Preparation
    Place bacon on a rack in a 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Cover with paper towels.
    Microwave at High for 4 to 6 minutes, or until bacon is crisp.
    Drain bacon; crumble and set aside.
    Combine tuna, coleslaw and pepper; stir well.
    Core tomatoes; cut to, but not through, the base of each tomato.
    Place on individual salad plates.
    Spread wedges slightly apart; fill each tomato with tuna mixture.
