Oven-Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    half chicken per person
    1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper
    2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Wash
    chicken
    in
    water.
    Cut away skin and fat.
    Discard. Cut the chicken into pieces, dip in cold water and wipe dry. Shake
    the\tchicken
    pieces in a paper bag with seasoned flour (flour, salt and pepper).
    Preheat the Dutch oven.\tWhen it is hot,
    put
    in
    2 tablespoons of cooking oil and add the chicken pieces.
    Brown
    until golden.
    Put lid on oven and add coals
    on top.
    Bake, basting the chicken occasionally, for 15 minutes. Turn the pieces over and cook 15 minutes more.
