Chicken Spaghetti Tetrazzini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 pound spaghetti
    1 medium chicken (4 1/2 to 5 pounds)
    1/8 pound butter
    1 medium green pepper (diced)
    2 1/2 cups diced celery
    1 cup mushrooms (cut small)
    2/3 stick butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    chicken broth and rich milk to make 3 cups white sauce
    2 Tbsp. pimento, chopped fine
Preparation
    Cook spaghetti.
    Wash, cook and dice chicken.
    Saut pepper, celery and mushrooms in 1/8 pound of butter.
    Make white sauce with 2/3 stick butter, flour, broth and milk.
    Combine chicken, spaghetti, vegetables and pimento.
    Pour sauce over chicken mixture.
    Pour into casserole dish.
    Bake 400 degrees for 1 hour or until light brown.
