Pineanna Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. cake flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1 c. vegetable oil
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 c. chopped ripe bananas
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple in juice (undrained)
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0; grease and flour 3 round pans, 9 x 1 1/2-inch.
    Mix flour, sugar, baking soda, salt and cinnamon in a large bowl; add oil and eggs.
    Stir until all dry ingredients are moistened (do not beat).
    Stir in bananas, pecans, vanilla and pineapple.
    Divide batter evenly among pans.
    Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pans.
    Cool completely on wire rack. Fill layers and frost side and top of cakes with Cream Cheese Frosting.
    Sprinkle 1/2 cup pecans on top of cake.
    Refrigerate any remaining cake.
