Frozen Fruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar or Splenda
1 c. water
1 qt. apricot nectar
2 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed but not drained
1 (20 oz.) can unsweetened crushed pineapple
4 sliced bananas
Preparation

Combine sugar and water. Cook until syrupy (10 to 15 minutes). Cool. Add apricot nectar, strawberries, pineapple and bananas. Spoon into small cups. Freeze until firm. Let stand at room temperature for 20 minutes before serving.
