Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cooked, cubed chicken
2 c. chopped celery
2 Tbsp. minced onion
1/4 c. minced bell pepper
2 Tbsp. chopped pimentos
1/2 c. sliced almonds, toasted
1/2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
salt and pepper (optional)
2 c. grated cheese (Swiss or Cheddar)
3 c. crushed potato chips
Preparation

Mix first 8 ingredients and put in a 9 x 12-inch Pyrex dish. Add a little chicken broth if mixture seems dry.
Mix crushed chips and cheese and place on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
