Parsley Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. brown rice, cooked
    1 stick butter, melted
    1 onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic
    1 egg
    1 c. milk
    1 c. grated cheese
    3/4 c. parsley, chopped
Preparation
    Saute onion and garlic in melted butter; add to rice.
    Beat egg and milk.
    Add egg mixture, grated cheese and chopped parsley to rice mixture.
    Bake for 45 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
