Peanut Butter Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. powdered sugar, sifted
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. milk
1 (9 oz.) carton frozen whipped topping, thawed
1 (8-inch) graham cracker pie shell
1/4-inch peanuts, chopped
Preparation

In small mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until fluffy.
Add peanut butter and beat well.
Gradually beat in milk. Fold in topping.
Pile into pie shell.
Sprinkle with peanuts. Freeze until firm, then wrap in moisture proof wrap.
