Ingredients

1 c. Kellogg's prepared cornflake crumbs
1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
vanilla ice cream
Crisco oil
Preparation

Take one scoop of ice cream and form into ball.
Make as many as needed.
Put them into freezer until hard.
Mix crumbs, sugar and cinnamon together.
Take ice cream balls from freezer and roll in mixture, pressing into ice cream.
Have deep fryer ready with Crisco oil as hot as you would have for French fries.
Put ice cream ball on slotted spoon and dip down in oil and right back out.
Beat bottom of spoon lightly on paper towel, then put ball in a sherbet dish.
Top with whipped cream and a maraschino cherry and serve.
