Terri'S Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground chuck or sirloin
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper
    1 can stewed tomatoes (reserve juice)
    1 pkg. saltine crackers, crushed
Preparation
    Mix first 6 ingredients all together, then stir in crackers. Shape meat in baking dish.
    Cover with ketchup.
    Pour reserved juice from tomatoes around meat loaf.
    Bake 1 hour at 375\u00b0.
    Reduce temperature to 325\u00b0.
    Pour 1 cup brown gravy or cajun gravy (from mix) around meat loaf.
    Bake another 30 to 40 minutes.
