Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg
1 c. milk
1/4 c. salad oil or melted butter
2 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
blueberries
Preparation

Beat egg slightly with fork.
Stir in milk.
Add salad oil or butter.
Sift together and add flour, sugar, baking powder and salt.
Stir just until flour is moistened.
Batter should be lumpy.
Do not overmix.
Put in blueberries.
Fill greased muffin cups 2/3 full.
Can use cupcake pan.
