Uncooked Tomato Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    18 ripe tomatoes, chopped
    2 c. celery, chopped
    10 medium onions, chopped
    5 bell peppers, chopped
    mustard seed
    1/2 c. salt
    4 c. sugar
    3 c. vinegar
Preparation
    Soak 2 1/2
    hours
    in the 1/2 cup salt.
    Mix sugar with vinegar and
    place vegetables (chopped) in mixture.
    Let stand for 2 hours. Fill jars with tops and keep refrigerated.
