Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can sweet potatoes
1/2 c. brown sugar
3 eggs
1 stick margarine
1 c. white sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. crushed corn flakes
1 stick margarine
Preparation
-
Mix first 6 ingredients and pour in baking dish.
Melt margarine; add corn flakes.
Mix and spread over potatoes.
Bake in medium oven until lightly browned.
