Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 clove garlic, minced
2 lb. extra lean ground beef
2 (15 oz.) cans Ranch Style beans (optional)
jalapenos
1 c. chopped onions
1 medium green pepper
2 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cumin
4 tsp. chili powder
Preparation

Cook and stir garlic and meat in a Dutch oven until meat loses its red color.
Add beans (if wanted) with their liquid.
Add onions and green pepper.
Pour in tomato sauce.
Add salt, cumin and chili powder.
Stir and simmer over low heat, stirring occasionally.
