Fiddlehead Salad(Summer Dish) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    fiddleheads, blanched lightly and cooled
    sliced carrots, blanched and cooled
    1 regular or 2 small sliced red onions
    sliced, fresh mushrooms
    sliced cucumbers
    Zesty Italian or Caesar dressing
Preparation
    Blanch carrots until fork tender.
    Put the fiddleheads, carrots, onions, mushrooms and
    cucumbers
    in a big bowl.
    Add dressing and toss together.
