Crock Pot Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green bell pepper
1/4 c. dry red wine or water
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. ground cumin
1/4 tsp. salt
1 clove garlic
14.5 oz. can Mexican style stewed tomatoes, undrained
15 oz. can red kidney beans, undrained
6 Tbsp. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Cook ground beef, stirring to crumble. Add onion and the next 7 ingredients; cook for 7 minutes. Place in crock pot with beans and tomatoes; cook for 4 hours. Serve in bowls; top with cheese.
