Chris' Lo Mein - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 bags soft noodles
    1 jar La Choy brown gravy
    1 can sliced water chestnuts
    1 can bamboo shoots
    2 large onions, sliced
    1 can sliced mushrooms
    1 pkg. frozen pea pods
    2 c. diced pork, chicken or beef, cooked
Preparation
    Boil 5 quarts water. Drop noodles in boiling water for 2 minutes. Drain and rinse thoroughly.
    Fry onions in 4 tablespoons oil until brown.
    Add all other ingredients.
    Stir in gravy and mix.
