Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
2 c. white sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
4 small finely grated carrots
4 eggs
2 c. self-rising flour, sifted
1 or 2 drops black walnut flavoring
1 c. black walnuts or pecans
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 Tbsp. white corn syrup
1/2 tsp. soda
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in saucepan.
Cook to a rolling boil. Do not stir.
Pour over warm cake.
