Pea Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small pkg. frozen tiny peas
1 c. dry roasted peanuts
1 c. chickpeas or garbanzo beans
2 stalks celery, finely chopped
1 Tbsp. minced onion
1/2 c. mayo
3 Tbsp. sugar
dash of mustard (optional)
Preparation

Thaw peas and drain well.
Add rest of ingredients and season to taste with salt and pepper.
Toss lightly and refrigerate.
